SWEET SOUL RECORDSは、2010年4月14日に初の全国流通CDである『SOUL OVER THE RACE VOL.1』をリリースし、本日で10年を迎えました。
『SOUL OVER THE RACE』ーー “ソウル（魂）は人種を超える”
『WORLD SOUL COLLECTIVE』ーー “ソウルミュージックのユートピア（理想郷）の実現”
をコンセプトとしたコンピレーションシリーズを始め、「SPREAD REAL MUSIC」を合言葉に、世界から素晴らしいリアルミュージックを発掘し広めるとともに、Nao Yoshiokaという才能を通して、日本から世界に音楽を届けるミッションを掲げ活動を続けてきました。
10年を迎えるにあたって私たちにできることを考えた時、原点に立ち返り、シーンの活性化に貢献するという想いを改めて強くしました。
今こうした状況下であるからこそ、皆さまと一緒にさらに音楽を楽しめるよう、2020年も「SPREAD REAL MUSIC」を体現すべく、より一層の良質な音楽の提供やキャンペーンの実施をしていきます。

On April 14, 2010, SWEET SOUL RECORDS released our first own album, “SOUL OVER THE RACE VOL.1”, so today we’re celebrating the releases 10th anniversary.
“SOUL OVER THE RACE” ― “Soul exceeds race”
“WORLD SOUL COLLECTIVE” ― “Realization of soul music utopia”
With the concept “SPREAD REAL MUSIC” as our slogan, we vowed to discover and spread real music from all over the world here in Japan, and through talented Japanese artists such as Nao Yoshioka, we will continue our mission of delivering real music from Japan to the rest of the world.
While reflecting on our 10 year anniversary, we understand that it’s important not to lose sight of our humble beginnings and to reaffirm our desire to contribute in a positive manner to the global music scene.
Even under these abnormal circumstances in 2020, we will continue to create high quality music and carry out campaigns that embody the “SPREAD REAL MUSIC” concept so that we can enjoy the music even more with all of you.
We certainly look forward to it.
